Descripción

This laboratory is focussed on the synthesis of nanomaterials by employing various methods of Chemical, Hydrothermal, Thermal oxidation, Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) etc. 
Various Nanomaterials: The synthesized nanomaterials are metallic (Ag and Au nanoparticles), metal oxides ( Copper Oxides, Iron, lead and Tin Oxides, Zinc Oxides, Chromium Oxides etc) and mixed metal oxides (silver vanadates, silver molybdates, copper and Iron Vanadates). 
Graphene based nanostructures: Graphene, Graphene Oxide, reduced graphene oxides,  Carbon nanoparticles, Graphene based composites with metals and metal oxides, Graphene quantum dots etc. 
 

Investigación

Various synthesized Nanomaterials can be utilized for the applications in the area of Energy, Biomedicine, Optics and Photonics etc.

Chemical Vapor Deposition Set up,  High temperature Box Furnaces which can go upto 1200C, High temperature Tube Furnace (Vertical and Horizontal alignment), Spin Coater, Ultrasonicator, Stainless steel autoclave, Anodic Oxidation Set Up, Magnetic Stirrer, Freeze Dryer etc.
